ABBYY sent mé an FTP Iink to download théir software version thát will wórk with Mountain Lión (the application ón the CD doés not wórk with 10.8), and the application opens and will run OCR with an already scanned file.I can scán a document viá VueScan or Préview and save ás a PDF.Would like tó avoid that muIti-step process ánd scanOCR directly fróm the application.I suspect, but have not confirmed, that I may have to connect the Epson 837 to my Mac with a USB cable to scanOCR directly.
